Competitor Intelligence Report
Find out who you are really up against, what they offer, what they charge and why customers are pointed to them instead of you. One report, checked by hand, with every source listed.
The problem
Most businesses guess who their competitors are. They look at the two or three names they already know and miss the firm that customers are actually being sent to.
The rest of what matters is spread across dozens of websites, price pages, Google results and AI answers. Nobody has time to read it all, so decisions get made on hunches.
Who it is for
- UK businesses that keep losing work and do not know who to
- Owners about to set or change their prices
- Firms entering a new town, service or customer type
- Agencies that need an independent view of a client’s competitors
What Whito delivers
Who your competitors are. The firms Google and four AI tools actually name for your customers’ questions, not just the ones you know about.
What they offer. A read of each competitor’s website: services, who they say they serve, and how they describe themselves.
What they charge. Prices where they publish them, with the page and date. Where a price is not published, we say so.
Who gets found. Ten customer questions asked of ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Perplexity, and searched on Google, so you can see who is named and in what order.
Who is real. Every competitor checked at Companies House where it is registered.
Gaps, threats and what to do. Where the market is thin, where you are exposed, and a short, ranked list of things you could change.
What you receive
- A PDF report, written in plain English
- The raw spreadsheet file (CSV) with every answer, price and source
- A one-page summary you can share with a partner or your team
- Written answers to your follow-up questions for 30 days
Every finding carries its source and the date we collected it. If we could not confirm something, the report says so.

The layout of every Competitor Intelligence Report. Section headings only; your findings are written for your business.
UK agencies with a public monthly price did not say on the pricing page when or how a client can leave. That is the kind of detail a competitor read finds and a quick look misses.

After your report: keep watching
You never need a subscription to buy this service. If you want to know what changes after your report, this is the plan that carries on from it.
Your report shows where you stand today. Competitor Monitoring shows what changes.
Competitors change prices, add services and start getting named by AI tools in places they were not before. You will not see it unless someone looks every month.
Competitor Monitoring is our Visibility Monitor pointed at your market: it watches your business each month and names the rivals that appear instead of you, with the reason given.
Competitor Monitoring (Visibility Monitor)
£280 a month
Cancel any time. Two businesses together are £480 a month.
- One named business, with up to ten customer questions agreed in writing
- Asked of ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Perplexity: 40 AI answers a month
- The same questions searched on Google, page one and the map
- Every rival named, checked at Companies House
- A PDF plus the raw spreadsheet file (CSV) each month
What paying Whito cannot buy
- A better score, a higher place in any list, or a listing that looks better than another firm’s.
- A softer, kinder or more favourable research finding, in a report you buy or on the public site.
- A promise that ChatGPT, Gemini, Google or anyone else will recommend you. Nobody can honestly promise that.
- Any change to Whito’s independent research. Paid work is kept separate from what we publish, and you are treated exactly like a business that pays nothing.
The full rules are on How we make money. Whito works with UK businesses only.
Questions
How many competitors are included?
Up to five, plus your own business. You can name them, or we can find them from the questions your customers ask. If you need more, ask for a quote before you pay.
Where do the prices come from?
Only from prices competitors publish themselves, on their own websites or price lists, with the page and date. We do not mystery shop, pose as customers or guess. Where no price is published, the report says so.
Can you promise my business will beat them?
No. We report what we find and what you could change. Nobody can honestly promise a ranking in Google or a recommendation from an AI tool.
Will my competitors know?
No. We read public pages and public records. We do not contact them.
Is VAT added?
No. Whito Ltd is not VAT registered, so £680 is the total you pay.
What if we cannot agree the scope?
If we cannot agree the scope in writing, we refund you in full.
