These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and any services provided by Whito Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About Whito Ltd

Whito Ltd is a UK-based company providing marketing guidance, reviews, audits, educational content, and related advisory services for UK businesses. We are not a marketing agency unless explicitly stated in writing.

Our services are designed to provide information, insight, and recommendations, not guarantees.

2. Nature of our services

Whito Ltd provides marketing guidance, audits, reviews, educational content, and advisory services.

In some cases, we may also offer:

  • Direct marketing services provided by Whito Ltd; and/or
  • White-label marketing services delivered by trusted third-party partners under the Whito Ltd brand

Where marketing services are provided:

  • The scope, deliverables, pricing, and responsibilities will be clearly agreed in writing before work begins
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, revenue, or performance
  • Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including competition, budget, market conditions, and implementation

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide managed marketing services.

3. Free growth reports and audits

Where we offer free audits or growth reports:

  • No payment is required
  • The report is based on the information you provide and publicly available data
  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit free reports at our discretion

Free reports do not create any obligation for further services.

4. Paid services

If you purchase a paid service from Whito:

  • The scope, pricing, and delivery will be agreed in writing before work begins
  • Fees are payable as stated and are non‑refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed
  • We do not offer performance‑based guarantees

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement.

5. Agency and service relationships

Unless explicitly stated and agreed in writing:

  • Whito Ltd does not act as your appointed marketing agency
  • We do not manage advertising accounts, campaigns, or budgets
  • We do not act on your behalf with third parties

Whito may recommend third-party tools and specialists, and offers the audits and directory plans described on this site. Whito does not sell done-for-you or white-label marketing services, and never takes undisclosed commissions from providers it recommends.

  • The scope and responsibilities will be defined in writing
  • Services may be delivered by Whito Ltd or selected third-party partners
  • Whito Ltd remains your primary point of contact unless otherwise stated

You remain responsible for approving work, budgets, and implementation decisions.

6. Third‑party tools, services and links

We may recommend or reference third‑party tools, platforms, or services.

  • We do not control or endorse third‑party services
  • Any contracts or payments are between you and the third party
  • We are not responsible for third‑party performance, availability, or outcomes

Some links may be affiliate links. This does not affect our recommendations.

7. Accuracy of information

While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date:

  • Content may become outdated
  • Errors or omissions may occur
  • We do not warrant completeness or accuracy

You should verify information before relying on it for business decisions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, branding, reports, and materials, is owned by Whito Ltd unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse content without prior written permission, except for personal business use related to services you have purchased.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Whito is not liable for any loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the relevant service

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where unlawful under UK law.

Any non‑public information you share with us will be treated as confidential and used only to deliver our services, unless disclosure is required by law.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the site
  • Copy or scrape content at scale

We may restrict access to the site if misuse occurs.

Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Refunds

Where a paid one-off service carries a published money-back guarantee, such as the 14-day guarantee on the Deep Audit, that guarantee applies as described on the relevant service page. Refund requests can be made by emailing hello@whito.co.uk.

Paid listing plans and subscriptions

Alongside free listings, Whito offers optional paid plans, currently Pro at £25 per month and a multi-location add-on. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and processed by Stripe; Whito does not see or store your card details. Plans continue until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing hello@whito.co.uk, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. We do not normally refund the current paid period, but cancelling stops any further payments, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including any cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Cancelling a paid plan never removes your free listing, and paying never changes where a business ranks on any Whito page.
