Original Whito artwork
Most images on this site are made by us. The featured cards, the hand drawn research covers, the data charts, the framework diagrams and the social cards are all built in house. Copyright in these belongs to Whito Ltd.
Stock photography
Where we use a photograph we did not take, it comes from Unsplash or Pexels under their free licences, which permit commercial use and modification and do not require credit. We keep a record of the source for each one.
Neither library guarantees model or property releases. We avoid photographs where an identifiable person or a third party brand is the subject.
Screenshots of other companies’ websites and software
Our reviews and comparison guides include screenshots of publicly available web pages. These are used to illustrate genuine review and comparison, under the fair dealing exceptions in sections 30 and 30A of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Each screenshot carries a caption naming the source and the date it was captured.
All product names, logos and trade marks shown remain the property of their owners. Their use here is to identify the product being discussed. Whito is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the companies named on this site, unless we say so on the page.
