How it works
- Start the Monitor. Pay the first month through Stripe and tell us which business to watch.
- We confirm the scope in writing within one working day: the business, the five questions and the collection day.
- The first report arrives within one working day of that confirmation, as a PDF plus raw CSV by email.
- Then once a month, on the same collection day, with the change from last month marked.
- Cancel any time in the Stripe billing portal. The Monitor stops at the end of the month you have paid for, and everything already delivered stays yours.
What the Monitor does not do
It records what the engines say. It does not change it, and we make no promise that any business will be recommended. Paying for the Monitor has no effect on Whito’s free research or directory: nobody can pay to appear, to move, or to be left out.
Questions
Why the same day and the same questions each month?
AI answers change from day to day and with the wording. Fixing the questions and the collection day is what makes one month comparable with the next. If an engine changes how it answers, the log shows it.
Can we change the questions later?
Yes. Tell us before the next collection day and we confirm the new set in writing. The report marks where the questions changed, so the comparison stays honest.
Can we watch more than one business?
Each Monitor covers one business. Start a second Monitor for a second business, or ask us to scope a multi-business or multi-site version at a fixed price.
What if we cannot agree the scope?
You get the first month refunded in full and the Monitor is cancelled.
How do we cancel?
Sign in to the Stripe billing portal with the email you paid with and cancel there. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. The Monitor runs to the end of the month already paid for.
Is VAT added?
No. Whito Ltd is not VAT registered. £280 a month is the total payable.
