You never need a subscription to buy this service. If you want to know what changes after your report, this is the plan that carries on from it.
Most bespoke data goes out of date. Ongoing Data Intelligence keeps it current.
A file is true on the day it was collected. Prices, registers and AI answers move after that.
Ongoing Data Intelligence runs the same scope again on a schedule you choose and sends a new, dated file each time.

Quarterly re-runs at our Quarterly Refresh price. Monthly or multi-market work is part of Whito Enterprise, from £1,280 a month, agreed in writing.

What paying Whito cannot buy
- A better score, a higher place in any list, or a listing that looks better than another firm’s.
- A softer, kinder or more favourable research finding, in a report you buy or on the public site.
- A promise that ChatGPT, Gemini, Google or anyone else will recommend you. Nobody can honestly promise that.
- Any change to Whito’s independent research. Paid work is kept separate from what we publish, and you are treated exactly like a business that pays nothing.

Questions
How much does bespoke research cost?
It depends on the scope. Two common scopes have fixed prices: a 12-city register file at £2,800 and a software price file at £1,280. Anything else is priced in writing before you pay.
Do I pay before you scope it?
No. We agree the scope and price in writing first. You pay once you are happy with both.
Can the data be about my competitors?
Yes, if it comes from public sources. We do not contact businesses, pose as customers or collect anything private.
Can the work change what Whito publishes?
No. Bespoke work is yours and is kept separate from Whito’s independent research.
Is VAT added?
No. Whito Ltd is not VAT registered, so the price agreed is the total you pay.
