What we do, and what we do not do
Whito is a research company. We find things out and tell you what we found. We do not make changes to your website or marketing.
We collect the answers, prices and register records ourselves, on stated dates, and show our method and its limits.
Every paid report says what you could change, ranked by effort and likely value. AI tools do not explain their choices, so we call what we find clues, not proof.
You or your own web person make the changes. Keeping out of the fixing is what keeps our numbers independent. We never promise a ranking or a recommendation.
What happens after you buy
- You pay online through Stripe, which emails you a receipt.
- Within one working day we agree the scope with you in writing: the business, the questions and the towns. If we cannot agree it, you get a full refund.
- We collect and check everything by hand, on the dates in the scope.
- Your report arrives by email on the date agreed. If you want to keep watching, carry on monthly. You never have to.
Questions about prices
Is VAT added?
No. Whito Ltd is not VAT registered, so every price on this page is the total you pay.
Do I need a subscription to buy a report?
No. Every one-off report can be bought on its own. Monthly plans are only for people who want to keep watching afterwards.
How do I cancel a monthly plan?
Any time, in the Stripe billing portal or from the link in your receipt. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your plan runs to the end of the month already paid for.
Can I pay for the Visibility Monitor yearly?
Yes. A year is £2,800, which is £560 less than twelve monthly payments. Ask through the contact page and we send the payment link within one working day.
Can you guarantee AI will recommend my business?
No. Nobody can guarantee what an AI tool will say. We show you what the AI tools actually said, who they named instead, and what is in your control.
Does paying change what Whito publishes?
No. Nobody can pay to appear, to move up a list, to pass a check or to change a finding. Paying customers are checked exactly like everyone else. The full rules are on How we make money.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
No. Whito works with UK businesses only, and our checks use UK registers such as Companies House.
