Unusually for the software guides on this site, this sector is fairly transparent. Three of the vendors we opened publish clean prices in pounds.

Curo, IO and FE fundinfo we could not verify, because we did not open a vendor pricing page for any of them, and we do not cite URLs we have not read.
The arithmetic for a three-adviser firm
Worth doing, because these are per-head prices and they compound.
- Plannr at £140 per employee. Three advisers plus two support staff is £700 a month plus VAT, £8,400 a year.
- Dynamic Planner Review at £124 per adviser is £372 a month for three, £4,464 a year, plus £390 of setup.
- Voyant AdviserGo at £175 per adviser is £525 a month, £6,300 a year, before auxiliary users at £100 each.
Note the different units. Plannr charges per employee, which includes support staff. Dynamic Planner and Voyant charge per adviser with auxiliary users priced separately. A firm with a high ratio of support staff to advisers will get very different answers from the same headline numbers.
Set that against the FCA element of your regulatory cost: a £2,200 minimum fee for 2026/27 plus £2.697 per £1,000 of annual income above £100,000, so £2,604.55 at £250,000 of income. Software is comfortably the larger line.
The question that decides your exit cost
These systems hold your client records, your suitability reports, your fact finds and your fee history. That is not just operational data. It is your regulatory record, and you may need it years after a client has left.
So the export question is the one to press hardest:
- Can you export the complete client record set, including documents and suitability reports, in a usable format?
- What does that export cost, and how long does it take?
- What happens to your data if you stop paying, and for how long is it retained?
- Is the client portal’s content exportable, or does it disappear?
- Who is the data controller, and where is the data hosted?
Get those answers in the contract rather than in the sales call. A firm that cannot extract its own suitability evidence has a compliance problem wearing a procurement costume.
The rest of the questions
- Price in pounds, per adviser or per employee, and does it include VAT?
- Setup and migration fees, stated separately.
- Minimum term and what the price does at renewal.
- What is included and what is a paid add-on.
- How the price changes when you add a paraplanner or an administrator.
Plannr’s free external licence for outsourced paraplanners and compliance is a genuinely useful feature to compare on, because outsourced paraplanning is common in small firms and a per-seat charge for an occasional user is a real cost.

Voyant publishes £175 a month per adviser for AdviserGo and £100 per auxiliary user, excluding VAT. Intelliflo publishes no price.
Which is cheapest?
It depends on your staff mix, because the units differ. Dynamic Planner Profiling at £60 per adviser is the lowest published figure, but it is a profiling tool rather than a full practice system. Compare on total cost for your actual headcount, not on headline rates.
What matters most in the contract?
The export terms. These systems hold your suitability evidence and client records, which you may need years after a relationship ends, so what you can extract, in what format and at what cost, is the term with the most money and the most regulatory risk attached.
