- 181 AI answer rows across 23 UK towns and cities
- Collected 17 August 2026 (three engines, six cities) and 22 August 2026 (Google AI Mode, 20 towns)
- 17 August: 14 of 18 answers delivered. Gemini answered Manchester and London only

Method and limits
- Fixed questions, asked from a UK consumer browser, one fresh chat per question, no follow-ups.
- Ratings, awards and review counts are recorded as the AI quoted them. Whito has not audited them.
- Branches of Savills and Martin & Co are merged at brand level within a city. One Leeds agency named through an award winner is counted as a mention: a judgement call, disclosed.
- No register pass has been run on the agencies the engines named. Being named is not an endorsement, and not being named is not a criticism.
- Each answer is a snapshot from one day. AI answers change.

Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. The file is a one-off snapshot of what the engines said on the dates stated. The quarterly Refresh is optional: it re-asks the same questions every three months so you can compare like for like. For one business watched every month, see the Visibility Monitor.
Can an agency pay to be in it, or to be left out?
No. Nobody pays to appear in Whito research, and paying never changes a row. Corrections of fact are made for everyone and passed to past buyers.
Does it say which agencies are good?
No. It records what the AI assistants said and the evidence they quoted. It does not rate agencies and is not advice about any named business.
Can I see it before I buy?
The sample rows on this page are taken from the file. The free study shows the headline findings. For a longer sample, email hello@whito.co.uk.
Is VAT added?
No VAT is added. Whito Ltd is not VAT registered.
Whito Data is published by Whito Ltd, company number 10918465. Files describe what AI engines said on the dates stated. They are not advice about any named business.
