About CodeFirst
CodeFirst is a UK software development company registered in Exeter, with phone lines for London, Manchester and Birmingham. It builds bespoke business software and maintains existing applications.
A large part of its work is taking over systems that another developer built and can no longer support, then modernising them. New builds can be done at a fixed price against an agreed scope.
If you are handing over an old system, ask who will own the code and the hosting accounts at the end, and get that in the contract.
