You are in control of your Whito Weekly subscription. Here is how to manage it.

How to unsubscribe

Every email from Whito includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you will be removed from the mailing list immediately. There is no waiting period, no “are you sure?” sequence, and no requirement to give a reason. One click and you are done.

If you cannot find the unsubscribe link, you can also email hello@whito.co.uk and ask to be removed. We will process your request within one working day.

How to update your email address

If you need to change the email address your newsletter is sent to, the simplest way is to unsubscribe your old address using the link in any recent email, then re-subscribe with your new address using any signup form on the Whito website. You can also email us at hello@whito.co.uk with your old and new email addresses and we will update it for you.

Email frequency

Whito Weekly is sent once per week. We do not send daily emails, promotional blasts, or multiple emails per week. Occasionally we may send an additional email for something genuinely important, such as a major tool review update or a significant change to our services, but this is rare.

What happens to your data

When you subscribe, we store your email address securely for the purpose of sending the newsletter. We do not share your email address with third parties, sell it, or use it for purposes other than sending you Whito content. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from our active mailing list. For full details on how we handle your data, see our privacy and data page.

Re-subscribing

If you unsubscribed and want to come back, simply sign up again through any form on the Whito website. Your new subscription starts immediately and you will receive the next scheduled issue.

Problems receiving emails

If you have subscribed but are not receiving Whito Weekly, check your spam or junk folder first. Email filters sometimes catch newsletters, especially in the first few weeks. Adding hello@whito.co.uk to your contacts or safe senders list helps ensure delivery.

If you are still not receiving emails after checking your spam folder, email us at hello@whito.co.uk and we will look into it.
