Whito has two things you can pay for or not pay for. A Verified listing, which is free, and Whito Membership at £250 a month plus VAT. This page covers both.
Your free listing
There is nothing to refund. A Verified listing is free, it stays free, and no card is needed to claim one.
Cancelling Whito Membership
You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. You keep access until then. We do not split part months, so if you cancel halfway through a month you keep that month rather than receiving half of it back.
Cancelling Pro never removes your free Verified listing. It stays live exactly as it was.
Your first month
If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we have not yet sent you a monthly report, we will refund that first payment in full. Email us and it is done, no questions.
Once a report has been delivered the month is not refundable, because the work has been done and you have the findings.
If something has gone wrong
If a report did not arrive when it should have, or it contained something factually wrong about your business, tell us. We will correct it, and if we cannot, we will refund that month. This applies whenever it happens, not just in the first 14 days.
How to cancel
Email hello@whito.co.uk from the address on your account and say you want to cancel. We will confirm in writing. No retention call, no form to fill in, no reason required.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we have processed it, most banks and card providers take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
VAT
Whito Membership is £250 a month excluding VAT. Refunds include any VAT charged.
