We send every report by hand. We start on your order the same day, or within one working day. Your PDF and the accompanying data files will arrive by email within 24 hours, usually much sooner, to the address you used at checkout. Sending by hand keeps paid reports off public links, and it means a real person checks your order.
If anything looks wrong, or the report has not arrived within 24 hours, reply to your Stripe receipt or use the contact page and we will sort it straight away.

Added the quarterly refresh? Your subscription is active from today. We run the same scope again every three months from your purchase date and email the new PDF and CSV to the same address. Your Stripe receipt shows the next billing date, and each new file follows a fresh collection. Update your card or cancel any time in the Stripe billing portal.
