Paid Deep Audit refunds
If you are not satisfied with your Paid Deep Audit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your audit report. No questions asked. Email hello@whito.co.uk with your refund request and we will process it promptly.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5 to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it on our end.
What the refund covers
The refund covers the full £497 audit fee. There are no deductions, restocking fees, or partial refund arrangements. If you request a refund within the 14-day window, you receive the full amount back.
Why we offer this guarantee
We are confident that the Paid Deep Audit provides genuine, actionable value. The audit is a significant investment for a small business, and we believe you should not have to take our word for it. The 14-day refund window gives you time to review the report, consider the recommendations, and decide whether the value is there.
In practice, refund requests are rare. Most businesses find that the audit identifies at least one area where they are wasting money, and the savings from fixing that issue alone often exceed the cost of the audit.
Free Growth Report
The Free Growth Report is, as the name suggests, free. There is no payment involved and therefore no refund process. If you have any issues accessing or understanding your free report, contact us and we will help.
Whito Weekly is a free email newsletter. There is no charge and therefore no refund to process. If you wish to stop receiving it, you can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
Consumer rights
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this refund policy. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days. Our refund policy aligns with and in some cases exceeds these statutory protections.
