Whito works by giving you a clear, honest picture of your marketing before you spend another pound. We assess what you are doing, identify what is working and what is not, and give you a prioritised list of actions based on where your business actually stands.
Step 1: Find out where you stand
Start with the Free Growth Report. It takes about three minutes. You answer questions about your business, your website, your current marketing activity, and your goals. We use your answers to generate a personalised report that scores your marketing across key areas and highlights the most important things to address.
This is not a generic checklist. The report adapts based on your business type, your industry, and your current stage. A brand-new business with no website gets different advice from an established company spending £2,000 a month on ads.
Step 2: Get specific guidance
If the Free Growth Report tells you enough to act on, go ahead and use it. Many businesses find that the free report alone reveals gaps they had not noticed, saving them money immediately by stopping ineffective activity.
If you want a deeper, more detailed analysis, the Paid Deep Audit is a comprehensive manual review of your entire marketing setup. We examine your website, SEO, content, local presence, social media, email marketing, paid ads, and conversion paths. The audit delivers a detailed report with specific, actionable recommendations, ranked by priority and impact.
Step 3: Take action
Every recommendation we make is practical. We tell you what to do, why it matters, and how difficult or expensive it is to implement. Some actions are free and take ten minutes. Others require investment or specialist help. We are honest about which is which.
We do not sell implementation services. This is deliberate. It means our recommendations are never influenced by what we could sell you next. If you need a web designer, an SEO specialist, or a copywriter, we point you in the right direction, but we do not take a cut.
The Start, Build, Scale framework
Everything Whito does sits within our three-stage framework. Before we recommend anything, we work out what stage your business is at:
Start is about foundations. Clear positioning, a website that works, basic SEO, a Google Business Profile. If these are not in place, nothing else matters yet.
Build is about systems and consistency. Content marketing, email lists, paid advertising, conversion optimisation. You are ready for this stage when your foundations are solid.
Scale is about leverage and growth. Automation, multi-channel campaigns, advanced analytics, expansion into new markets. This stage only works if Build is working first.
We never recommend Scale tactics to a business that is still at Start. That is where most marketing waste happens, and it is what Whito is designed to prevent.
UK business example
A small recruitment agency in Glasgow had been running for two years. They had a website, a LinkedIn page, and were paying an agency £900 per month for SEO. They felt like they should be getting more from their marketing but could not pinpoint what was wrong.
They started with the Free Growth Report, which flagged that their website had no clear call to action on the homepage, their Google Business Profile was incomplete, and they had no email capture mechanism despite getting decent traffic.
They then booked the Paid Deep Audit, which went deeper. The audit revealed that their SEO agency was targeting generic national keywords with massive competition, when their actual clients were all within a 30-mile radius of Glasgow. Their LinkedIn content was inconsistent and not driving any measurable traffic. Their website had four different contact pages with no clear primary conversion path.
With the audit recommendations, they restructured their website around a single clear CTA, switched their SEO focus to local Glasgow-area terms, completed their Google Business Profile, and started a simple fortnightly email to their candidate database. Within four months, inbound enquiries were up 60% and they reduced their monthly marketing spend by redirecting the SEO budget to activities that matched their actual stage.
