If you need help with anything related to Whito, here is how to reach us and what to expect.

How to contact us

The best way to reach Whito is by email at hello@whito.co.uk. We respond to all enquiries within one working day. For straightforward questions, you will usually hear back within a few hours during UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

What we can help with

Free Growth Report questions. If you have questions about your report, need clarification on a recommendation, or are having trouble accessing your results, email us and we will help.

Paid Deep Audit queries. Questions about what the audit covers, how long it takes, how to interpret your results, or anything else related to the audit process. If you have already received your audit and want to discuss a specific recommendation, we are happy to clarify.

Tool review questions. If you need more detail about a tool we have reviewed, want to know if a specific tool is suitable for your business, or have spotted something in a review that needs updating, let us know.

Newsletter and subscription. Help with subscribing, unsubscribing, changing your email address, or resolving delivery issues. See our subscription management page for quick self-service options.

Website feedback. If you spot an error, a broken link, or have a suggestion for improving the Whito website or Help Centre, we welcome the feedback.

What we cannot help with

Whito does not provide done-for-you marketing services. We cannot manage your Google Ads, run your social media, redesign your website, or implement SEO changes for you. Our role is to advise, audit, and recommend. If you need implementation help, we can point you in the right direction, but we do not offer it ourselves. This is deliberate, as it keeps our advice independent.

Response times

We aim to respond to all emails within one working day. During busy periods, it may take slightly longer, but we will always acknowledge your message promptly. If your query is urgent (for example, you have paid for an audit and have a time-sensitive question), please mention this in your email and we will prioritise it.

You can also reach us through our LinkedIn page at @WhitoUK. While email is the fastest route for support queries, we are active on LinkedIn and respond to messages there as well.
