Booking a Paid Deep Audit with Whito is straightforward. There is no lengthy sales process, no discovery calls, and no commitment beyond the one-off fee.

Step 1: Start with the Free Growth Report

We recommend starting with the Free Growth Report first. It takes three minutes and gives you an initial picture of where your marketing stands. Many businesses find the free report helpful on its own. If you want the deeper analysis, you will already have context for what the full audit will explore.

Step 2: Request your audit

Once you are ready, request your Paid Deep Audit through the Whito website. You will be asked to share your website URL, a brief description of your business, your current marketing activity, and any specific areas you would like us to focus on. This helps us tailor the audit to what matters most to you.

Step 3: Payment

The Paid Deep Audit costs £497 as a one-off payment. You pay upfront via secure online payment. There are no hidden fees, no recurring charges, and no additional costs. If you are not satisfied with the audit, you can request a full refund within 14 days.

Step 4: We conduct the audit

Once payment is received, we begin the audit. This is a manual, human-led process, not an automated scan. We work through every area of your marketing methodically: website, SEO, local presence, content, social media, email, paid advertising, and conversion paths. The audit typically takes five to seven working days to complete.

Step 5: You receive your report

Your audit report is delivered as a detailed written document, typically 15 to 25 pages. Every recommendation is specific to your business, ranked by priority, and includes practical next steps. You can start acting on it immediately.

After the audit

The report is yours to use however you like. Some businesses work through the recommendations themselves. Others share it with their web developer, marketing agency, or freelancers as a brief. Many use it as a benchmark and come back for a follow-up audit six or twelve months later to measure progress.

We do not follow up with sales calls or try to upsell you into a retainer. Whito does not sell implementation services. Our job is to tell you what needs fixing and why. How you fix it is up to you.

UK business example

A landscape gardening business in Kent had been meaning to “sort out the marketing” for over a year but kept putting it off because they did not know where to start. They assumed a marketing audit would involve lengthy meetings, confusing reports, and an upsell into an expensive monthly retainer.

The owner completed the Free Growth Report on a Sunday evening, decided the full audit was worth it, and paid the £497 on Monday morning. They provided their website URL, mentioned they were getting most work from Checkatrade but wanted to reduce their dependency on it, and noted they had never done anything with SEO or email marketing.

Seven days later, they received a 19-page report covering everything from their website structure to their Google Business Profile, with a prioritised action plan. The first three quick wins, fixing their homepage CTA, claiming their Google Business Profile, and getting listed in three local directories, took a combined total of two hours. Within three months, they were getting direct enquiries from Google for the first time, reducing their Checkatrade spend while maintaining the same volume of work.
